Proposal
T1 - Picea abies (Norway Spruce) - Remove to ground level. Tree is overly dominant and is non-native so of low ammenity and BD value. The Tree is interferring with a cluster of communications wires. Lastly, the tree does not serve the purpose of an allotment - ie to grow food for a household. Rather it prohibits this. T2 - Salix alba (White Willow) - Pollard to 4-5 m. Reason for managing the willow is the same as the latter point for the spruce. The work aims to retain the tre but open up valuable allotment space and sunlight.
